- All matters shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Chennai Courts only.
- In case of any or all kinds of dispute the matter shall be referred to arbitration and the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall prevail.
- The Jeyyemaarr Logistics or any of its employee or representative shall not be responsible for any kind of loss incurred while loading, unloading or transit of the shipment of goods.
- All risks shall be borne by the Consumer/ Consignee / Shipper / contractor / broker / any customer etc and Jeyyemaarr Logistics or any of its employee or representative in that behalf shall not be liable for any such losses occurred.
- Jeyyemaarr will hold responsible of the cargo clearance against the True & correct documents furnished by the importer/exporter related to dispatching the cargo after customs examination. Jeyyemaarr or any of its employee will not hold any responsibility for the wrong classification, mis-declation or suppression of acts by importer/exporter does during the clearance of the cargo. Before initiating the clearance procedure, Jeyyemaarr will collect the KYC form in the prescribed format which is mandatory by the customs as per board circular no.09/2010 and 33/2010 issued by CBEC new delhi. Importer /exporter are requested to submit the same before initiating the clearance process. The KYC form is attached for the need
- If matter gone for litigation then all Legal liabilities of Court expenses + 18 % interest rate shall be charged on payments
- Goods lost/damaged during transmission / customs clearance/ handling under any services will not be our liabilities and not be adjusted or repaid from our payment
- Any duties/ taxes / demur-rages occurring at Airport / Shipping line/ Customs or paid on higher side shall not be treated as our liability and the same may be claimed back from the concerned authorities by the clients/customers
- Any loss of document or such other evidences shall not be the liability of Jeyyemaarr Logistics
- Any delay in transmission / off loading shipment/ loss of ship or misdirected shall not be the liability of Jeyyemaarr Logisticss
- Any delay in customs handling or loss of projects due to delay in clearance services shall not be treated as the liability of Jeyyemaarr Logistics
